Our golf specific sessions address all of these, by using slow motion analysis of the swing and golf specific exercises to improve them. With small changes, you can be hitting the ball further and more accurately, without compromising on the risk of injury.

We work closely with golf coaches to establish areas of weakness in your swing, and put into place a training program to allow you to achieve what is required.

We have worked with European tour players, challenge tour players, amateurs and alongside coaches to ensure that we don’t just reduce the risk of injury, but we get you playing more consistent and better golf.
