Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of your specific sport. We help athletes of all abilities shore up weaknesses, reduce the risk of injury, build strength and power and optimize their technique to ensure an improvement in performance.
All sessions will include an analysis of your strengths and weaknesses through specific tasks related to your sport, analyzing your risk of injury, a review of your training program (both individual and team), advice on recovery strategies and periodization so you peak at the right time – as well as a sport specific functional training session.
We aim to improve strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility and recovery; all whilst maintaining a highly specific, sport orientated program.
Our team has experience working across a wide variety of sports including football, rugby, golf, tennis, cricket, boxing and athletics amongst others. We have worked with the weekend warrior, the academy starlet and Olympians.
