After successfully recovering from a calf strain during her marathon training, Adele pursued her passion and obtained her physiotherapy degree from the University of Hertfordshire. Her training enabled her to acquire a diverse skill set in both sports and NHS environments. Beyond her professional endeavours, Adele actively engages in competitive netball for her Turnford club.
Complementing her physiotherapy background, Adele holds qualifications in personal training, VTCT sports massage, and injury prevention. She brings extensive experience from collaborating with athletes at esteemed sports clubs like Barnet FC. Sharing her expertise, Adele has also lectured at colleges in Barnet and Hertford.
When asked about her journey as a physiotherapist, Adele expresses, “My fascination with the human body and biomechanics has always been a driving force. A calf strain injury during my first marathon led me to seek help from a physiotherapist, a pivotal experience that not only aided my recovery but also motivated me to achieve a sub-4-hour race completion.”
At the Carter & George Practice Adele is passionate about helping her clients not only achieve but exceed their goals through personalised treatment plans.
