Paige Wilding

Paige is a Sports Therapist, achieving a first-class BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Hertfordshire. Her main experience lies in professional sport, where she has worked with Saracens rugby in their first team, providing assessment and treatment on training and match days. She was also integral in overseeing their rehabilitation, ensuring that the players not only prevent injuries from recurring – but consistently perform at their peak. Jamie George personally recommended Paige to us, after she had helped him stay fit throughout the season. Alongside working with us, Paige works as a soft tissue therapist with Arsenal FC.

Paige believes in using both a ‘hands on’ approach to treatment, as well as exercise based rehabilitation to provide the most efficient and long term recovery.

Growing up being involved in many sports, primarily swimming at a high level, Paige suffered injuries herself which required physiotherapy. It was at this point she became particularly interested in the anatomy of the body and the theory behind various forms of treatment. . When not working, Paige enjoys exercising in a swimming pool or gym, baking and eating out.
