Rob Hibbs

Rob has always had interest in health and fitness, playing a variety of sports such as rugby, cricket, tennis, athletics and golf for his school and local clubs. This passion led Rob to studying Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Exeter, graduating in 2015 with First Class Honours.

After University, Rob began a career in Fitness Management working in Sales Manager and General Manager positions at various health clubs. In this time he also undertook further learning, gaining his Personal Trainer accreditation, as well as becoming qualified in Sports Conditioning and becoming a Behaviour Change Specialist.

Through his 6 years’ experience in management positions and seeing hundreds of members walk through the doors of gyms and failing to get results, Rob can appreciate the shortfalls of the general “fitness” industries ability to help individuals achieve their goals. This insight motivated him to join an organisation that can truly help people improve their health and wellbeing, which lead him to the
Carter & George Practice! Rob is excited to help support the company in it’s goal of becoming the UK’s leading Private Physiotherapy practice, allowing them to provide elite level healthcare to all! At the practice, Rob is responsible for the training, development and management of the support team – and leading the operational side of the business so that the clinical team can get on with helping their patients!

In his free time Rob will probably be found working on his swing on the golf course, hiking in the hills
or mountains, or relaxing with a good book.
