This Month’s Exercise Classes

Group Exercise Classes – April/May

This month we have 3 new classes for you to try!

Abs Blast

A fast, 30 minute class designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominals. The class includes a series of core exercises to help you burn fat, give you better definition and even prevent lower back pain.

Circuit Training

This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class combines strength and stability exercises, combined with athletic movements to ensure you really get a sweat on. The exercises are short and sharp, with minimum rest – you will definitely feel like you have worked out after!

Fat Burner

A high energy class combining a mixture of strength. aerobics and toning exercises. It’s a real calorie burner with fast results!

Tuesday

10am – Fat Burner

11:30am – Pilates

12pm – Circuit Training

Thursday

11:30am – Abs Blast

6pm – Fat Burner

6:30pm – Pilates
