Weight Loss

Weight loss is attributed to a combination of exercise and diet. We have 8 and 12 week programs available that help you quickly achieve the weight loss goals you have.

We have experienced trainers who have proven results in achieving amazing results with clients. Our training can be done in small groups or individually. All plans include appointments with our nutritionist, as well as dietary plans. We also have favourable rates if you would prefer to train with a friend.

Plan 1 – The 8-week Weight Transformation

(3 1-1 training sessions per week)
