Weight loss is attributed to a combination of exercise and diet. We have 8 and 12 week programs available that help you quickly achieve the weight loss goals you have.
We have experienced trainers who have proven results in achieving amazing results with clients. Our training can be done in small classes or individually. All plans include appointments with our nutritionist, as well as dietary plans. We also have favourable rates if you would prefer to train with a friend. Clients of ours have full access to our gym during opening hours if they have purchased a weight loss package.
