Weight Loss

Weight loss is attributed to a combination of exercise and diet. We have 4, 8 and 12 week programs available that help you quickly achieve the weight loss goals you have.

We have experienced trainers who have proven results in achieving amazing results with clients. Our training can be done in small classes or individually. All plans include nutritional and dietary advice. We also have favourable rates if you would prefer to train with a friend. Clients of ours have full access to our gym during opening hours if they have purchased a weight loss package.

Plan 1 – The 4 week Fat Burner

(3 sessions per week)

  • HIIT training
  • Tabata
  • Compound resistance training
  • Nutritional and dietary advice

£100/week or £380 for 4 weeks.

Plan 2 – The 8 week Slim and Tone

(3 sessions per week)

  • Free initial consultation and gym induction
  • Complete upper body resistance
  • HIIT training
  • Complete lower body resistance
  • Boxercise training
  • Complete nutritional and diet plan
  • Fortnightly weigh-in and measurements

£100/week or £740 for 8 weeks.

Plan 3 – The 12 week Total Body Makeover
(3 sessions per week)
  • Free initial consultation and gym induction
  • Cardio & Core
  • HIIT Training
  • Recovery cryotherapy session once per week
  • Whole body callisthenics
  • Complete nutritional and diet plan
  • Access to all classes
  • Fortnightly weigh-in and measurements

£100/week or £1100 for 12 weeks
