Dr Carla Stanton


Dr Carla Stanton has over a decade of clinical experience as a GP and is a keen teacher with a background in Clinical Education at the University of Nottingham. Carla has a passion for the science of the mind-body connection, and in more recent years has trained in USA in Functional Medicine, travelled internationally teaching on meditation retreats, and is now the Medical Director of HeartMath® UK; a scientifically validated biofeedback tool for reducing stress and increasing resilience and wellbeing.

Danielle White

Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist

Danielle is an experienced soft tissue therapist and Women’s wellness coach and has been supporting people move and feel better for the last eleven years. Her passion came from wanting to help and support women in all phases of life feel great with the right information, massage, movement and nutrition. As the sole licensee of the Holistic Core Restore© core and pelvic floor programmes, Danielle can provide women’s wellness programmes from birth through to menopause. Alongside that, Danielle is also the co-creator of the Burrell Education Sports Massage Award and master trainer on the pregnancy massage and postnatal remedial therapy course.

Away from work, you will find Danielle in her local coffee shop writing her book, learning Aerial Hoop or any activity that involves being in the countryside.

Maria’s passion and involvement in nutrition started a number of years ago in response to a kidney condition, which rendered her reliant upon GP-prescribed antibiotics, weakening her immune system and leaving her prey to a multitude of common ailments such as colds.

By taking proactive control of her nutritional program, she achieved complete recovery. She coupled this with quality health supplements regained control of her life. Beyond simple recovery though, Maria discovered the inherent value of a considered nutritional approach after giving birth to twins. By focusing on diet, she was able to attain peak fitness and energy levels in a short period of time. Maria has an interest in weight management and works closely with our team to ensure both physical and nutritional needs are met to achieve our patients goals.

Lorraine Lovegrove-Wood

Pilates Instructor

Lorraine discovered Pilates following the birth of her son, after suffering with lower back and neck pain and poor core strength. Upon the advise of her Osteopath, she undertook Pilates to regain her strength, endurance and posture. Lorraine managed to solve her pain and followed this by studying to become a Pilates teacher. Lorraine completed her training with Body Control Pilates – a prestigious training centre with international recognition.

Lorraine teaches group classes (recommended for those with no serious injuries) as well as 1-1 classes for those recovering from injury or for those who require a more individualized approach.

Kate Benford


Kate studied as a Diagnostic Radiographer at The University of Hertfordshire and began working in the NHS, where she still works part-time. After becoming a mum of two, Kate became more interested in wellbeing and the treatment side to her patients care. She undertook her training as a Reflexologist at the prestigious London School of Reflexology, under the tutelage of Louise Keet, described by the Mail on Sunday as Britain’s leading Reflexology practitioner.

Kate is a member of the Association of Reflexologists, ensuring she is fully qualified and insured to practice by adhering to their high standards of care. She is also recognised by numerous private health insurers (please enquire). ​ Kate is experienced in treating headaches and migraines, pain, digestive and respiratory ailments; as well as sleep issues, stress and depression. She uses an integrative approach to care, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure the optimum outcome for her patients
