No, our classes are designed to be suitable for everyone. Rather than separating sessions into beginner and advanced levels, our instructors adapt exercises to suit each individual, making every class accessible regardless of experience.

Yes, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your class to allow time to check in, meet your instructor and get familiar with the reformer before class begins.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings, shorts, a fitted gym top or T-shirt.

Grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety. Carter & George grip socks are available to purchase at the studio for £10 in case you forget to pack yours.

For your safety and to avoid disrupting the class, we ask that you arrive on time. If you're late, you may not be able to join the class once it has started, particularly if you've missed the instructor's introduction and safety briefing. If you know you're running late, please give us a call, or drop us a message on the app, where possible.

We ask that you cancel your class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your membership or Intro Pack and you being charged a £10 fee. Classes can be easily managed through the Carter & George Studio app.

We have toilets available for you to change in and there is storage space for your belongings during class.

Please bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated. Drinking water is available at the studio if you need to refill it during your visit.

Our classes are designed to be accessible for everyone. Rather than separating classes into beginner and advanced levels, our instructors adapt exercises to suit each individual. Whether it's your first time on a reformer or you've been practising for years, we'll provide options and progressions throughout the class. This means you can book with confidence, regardless of your experience.

If you would prefer not to commit to a membership, individual classes are also available to book. Alternatively, our Intro Offer is a great way to experience Reformer Pilates before choosing an ongoing membership!

Participants must be aged 16 or over to attend classes independently.

No, reformer by Carter & George welcomes everyone. Our classes are suitable for all genders, fitness levels and abilities.

At the moment, we don't offer dedicated pre or postnatal classes. However, if you're pregnant or have recently given birth, we'd recommend getting in touch before booking so we can advise on the most suitable class or discuss whether Reformer by Carter & George is appropriate for you.
