All our personal trainers have a background in Sports Therapy or Strength & Conditioning (S&C). Having a S&C background ensures we have an in-depth understanding of how muscle groups work together and can develop custom plans that are tailored to each individual client’s needs.

It means our trainers can safely programme exercise plans in the gym around injuries, as well as for sports performance. It’s like having a Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer combined!

Whether you have recently been assessed and diagnosed with an injury by one of our physiotherapists, or have experienced pain and dysfunction in a few areas, our S&C coaches are able to assess and implement training modalities to get you back on track.

In our clinic we have our own on-site gym, where we can create specific training programs suitable for both pre-surgery improvement and post-surgery rehabilitation for a variety of injuries, pathologies and sports injury.

The close relationship between our S&C coaches and physiotherapists ensure that we can provide you with full support throughout your injury journey. We are committed to helping you recover quickly, efficiently, and safely so that you can get back to living your best life.

We work with local consultants in and around Hitchin who refer patients to us to help in their recovery.

We are lucky to have a completely private gym in all 3 practices (Hertford, Radlett and Hitchin), where the only other person in there will be the coach.
