At Carter & George Physiotherapy and sports injury clinic, we offer a wide range of specialist treatment to ensure our patients can benefit from the best possible care, including shockwave therapy, metabolic testing, Footscan technology (running analysis) and data-led injury prevention screenings to reduce injury and improve sporting performance.
Natalie is a Physiotherapist with experiencing working in the NHS, Private Hospitals and Private Practice. Natalie specialises in Womens Health issues, including the post-natal assessment ‘Mummy MOT’, as well as pelvic floor assessment and rehabilitation for a wide variety of issues such as pelvic pain, incontinence and pain when exercising. Natalie has previously worked in football and is experienced in prescribing orthotics using Footscan gait analysis.

Sophie is our Lead Physiotherapist in Radlett, with experiencing working in the NHS, Private Hospitals, Professional Sport and Private Practice. Sophie has an MSc in Sports Medicine and Health from UCL and uses this deep knowledge when advising on injury management and prevention. Sophie has previously worked in professional cricket and has a specialist interest in shoulder injuries and sports related issues. She is experienced in prescribing orthotics using Footscan gait analysis.
Jasmin graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She worked in the NHS across multiple different areas, before specialising in private practice. She is qualified in dry needling, which is a specialist technique for reducing muscular pain and improving movement and has completed the highly regarded FIFA Sports Medicine Diploma. As well as musculoskeletal injuries, Jasmin has a particular interest in women’s health and paediatrics.
Julie graduated in 1991 and has worked in a variety of NHS and private settings. She specialized in MSK physiotherapy and sports medicine, receiving an MSc and Diploma respectively. Her main area of expertise is spinal rehabilitation and Pilates. Julie has worked for a variety of local and not so local rugby, football and hockey teams, including some international tours and competitions.
Julie founded Radlett Physiotherapy in 2000 and is delighted to be now working in Radlett under The Carter & George Practice.
Lauren is a Strength & Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer with a background in netball, youth athlete performance and injury rehabilitation. She has competed at the highest standard in netball with Loughborough Lightening and Saracens Mavericks. Lauren has degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and and MSc in Musculoskeletal Sports Science from Loughborough. Lauren has a distinct interest in athletic performance and unlocking the physical potential of her clients – in both a sporting and non-sporting environment.
At Carter & George Physio, we understand the importance of strength and conditioning for injury rehabilitation. Our team provide tailored programmes which focus on improving strength, range of motion and movement control to help facilitate recovery from injury.
We use a combination of exercises including resistance training, core stability work, agility drills, plyometrics and cardiovascular training to improve performance and supplement your treatment plan from the physiotherapist.
