Personal Training is a key part of our offering at The Carter & George Practice. We believe in a fully rounded approach to health, wellbeing and mobility which includes exercise, strength and conditioning. Our trainers work closely with our physiotherapists to implement long-term injury prevention strategies and deliver great results.

Our onsite gym is perfectly equipped to help you achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss, to run a marathon or to get stronger. Every session is fun, focused and effective.

What can you expect?

Sessions last 30 minutes to 1 hour and will be assessed on a case by case basis. The trainer will discuss your short term and long term goals, recap the physiotherapist’s guidelines if applicable, and devise a training program that suits your needs.

We also offer specialist training packages, including Sports Performance training, Golfer’s Club, Running analysis and training, Marathon training, group classes and weight loss programmes. If you’d like to know more about them, please let us know.
