We aim to make our Personal Training sessions fun but focused. Our gym onsite is perfectly equipped to help patients achieve their goals, whether it be weight loss, to run a marathon or to get stronger.
Our trainers work closely with our physiotherapists to implement long-term injury prevention strategies and create great results.
Our personal training sessions typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour, but this is assessed on a case by case basis. The trainer will discuss your short term and long term goals, recap the physiotherapist’s guidelines if applicable, and devise a training program that will suit your needs.
Helping athletes of all abilities improve their weaknesses, reduce the risk of injury, build strength and power and improve their technique to optimize performance. Our team has experience working across a wide variety of sports including football, rugby, golf, tennis, cricket, boxing and athletics.
Designed to help players improve their golf swing whilst reducing risk of injury. A few small changes will help players hit the ball further and more accurately in the safest way possible.
We have worked with European tour players, amateurs and coaches to ensure that we don’t just reduce the risk of injury, but get clients playing better golf.
We offer our runners a full assessment of their running technique, using slow motion video analysis on the treadmill. We then give advice on technique improvements, strength training and load management strategies. We can also help you design a training programme for a big event. We always aim to keep our runners running, even during injury.
Successful and healthy weight loss requires a combination of regular exercise and a balanced diet. We have 4, 8 and 12 week programs available, that are designed to help clients achieve their weight loss goals through a combination of exercise and nutritional plans.
Please enquire about our group exercises classes, as they are subject to change.
All of our trainers are REPS Level 3 and have experience in rehabilitation of injury, injury prevention and performance improvement.
