We host frequent exercise programs for the elderly living in the local community to help remain active, socialize with others and reduce the risk of falls. It is suitable for anyone who has lost confidence in their independence at home, would like to socialize more, feels weak or for those who want to remain active.
The sessions are free of charge and include a welcome cup of tea and a chat with each other and/or a physiotherapist about any concerns or just what they have been up to! A group exercise class follows which includes some movement exercises, dancing, strengthening and a few games!
