Our EVOLVE Program is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to weight loss that addresses the root causes of weight gain. Whilst most people’s primary goal on the programme is to lose weight, we also have members who are looking to simply improve their health.
It is a 12 week plan that includes a 1-1 training using data gained from metabolic tests. We use a VO2 Max and RMR test to discover your exact calorie requirements, your exact heart rate training zones and 10 key metrics of health (including cardiovascular system performance, metabolic health and respiratory function).
We use this information to design a bespoke exercise program, as well as a personalised nutrition plan (including meal plans, recipes etc). Being led by the data, we know exactly how and when to push you – whether that be to your lactate threshold or a more moderate intensity exercise session.
Our certified personal trainers bring a wealth of expertise and compassion, crafting a fitness program that aligns with your unique goals and lifestyle.
We offer one-on-one sessions that provide undivided attention, ensuring proper form, technique, and pace. Our sessions are led by key health data that we measure, and so we can be sure if you are heading towards your goal with extreme accuracy.
