Sophie Gregory

Sophie graduated from her Sport Rehabilitation Masters, having completed her previous degree at St Mary’s Twickenham in Sport Science. Sophie is a sports injury specialist and has an interest in shockwave therapy for tendon related injuries.

Sophie has always participated in a variety of sports including women’s rugby, gymnastics and netball – and therefore understands that ‘rest’ is not always the best option. If she can keep you on the field or in the gym, she will! Sophie is also a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and spends her spare time training in the gym.

Alongside ‘hands on’ treatment, including sports massage, Sophie is qualified in dry needling and acupuncture.  She believes in a holistic approach of hands on treatment combined with progressive exercise prescription to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.

You can book to see Sophie at our Hertford clinic.

Away from sports injuries Sophie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, baking and finding nice places to eat.
