Sophie Slope

After earning her degree from King’s College London in 2014, Sophie began her career at the NHS. She worked there for five years, starting as a rotational physiotherapist with exposure to various specialties. Eventually, she found her calling in musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy and dedicated her expertise to that area.

During her tenure in the NHS, Sophie pursued a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health at UCL. With her advanced training, Sophie moved on to private practice where she specialized in exercise-based rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Sophie boasts an impressive background in private practice and professional cricket, where she worked with Northamptonshire CCC and gained invaluable experience covering a variety of sports pitch-side, including rugby. She is well-versed in post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation and has developed a keen interest in sports and shoulder injuries.
Sophie’s extensive qualifications in sports massage and acupuncture are integral to her practice. By combining these modalities with evidence-based progressive exercise, she crafts truly comprehensive therapy plans that maximize results and promote overall wellbeing.
Outside of work Sophie enjoys playing rugby, watching sport and baking.
