Clinical Pilates is a method of exercise designed to strengthen and balance the body.

It focuses on the Pilates movements with a rehabilitation focus to help you improve your posture, core stability, breathing, flexibility and strength.

Pilates has become an important method of training, fitness and physical rehabilitation for people of all ages, body shapes and fitness levels.

We have a dedicated studio built for individual sessions or group classes.

If you would prefer to do 1-1 or 1-2 sessions, we offer individual classes with Danielle, which can be made by contacting us.
